The website Farerepublic.com is published and maintained by Farerepublic. When you access or use this website, you accept the terms and conditions as stated below including User Agreement and other supplementary guidelines and future modifications, without any limitation or qualification. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions, please do not use or make any reservations through this website.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. SITE AND ITS CONTENT
- This website is for use by consumers for travel related bookings only. You cannot and shall not distribute, exchange, transmit, modify, or sell anything copied from this website, including but not limited to images, text, videos, and, audios for any business, commercial, and personal purpose.
- When you comply with the “Terms and Conditions of Use” of this website, the company grants you a non-transferable and non-exclusive right to enter, view and use this site.
- SMT reserves the right to periodically make improvements or changes in its Website without any prior notice to Users. Users are requested to report us in case they find any content on the website which is harassing, unlawful, abusive, against religious belief, invasive of privacy rights, or is objectionable. The company reserves all the rights to investigate and take appropriate action.
- The Users shall not disclose any sensitive details about their Credit/Debit cards numbers, CVV, OTP, password etc. to anyone even to any employee, representatives or agent of Farerepublic. In case Users disclose any sensitive details about their Credit/Debit Cards to anyone, Users shall only be responsible for any misuse of their credit/debit cards whatsoever. Farerepublic shall not be liable in any way for any loss that Users incurs for sharing the aforesaid details. Once the payment made by Credit/Debit card has been cleared by Users bank and the respective gateway and thereafter service has been provided by Farerepublic no request for charge-back will be accepted.
- All bookings/cancellations/Refunds/Amendments etc. are subject to policies of the Airlines/Suppliers etc.
DISCLAIMER
For the purpose of registration on Company’s website, you hereby acknowledge and agree to undergo a Mobile number based OTP verification process, for which the Company uses a third party service. You hereby acknowledge, agree and confirm to be bound by the terms and conditions of such third party service.
Farerepublic Rights
Any material or content (comments, questions, suggestions, etc.) sent by the User to the site via electronic mail or Mobile phone will be treated as non-confidential by the Company.
You give up all the claims that any use of any such material violates any of your rights, including privacy rights, moral rights, property rights, or publicity rights
DISPUTES:
- In case any dispute or differences arises between the User and the Company during or after the use of the website, the dispute shall be referred to Arbitration.
- The Arbitration proceeding shall be governed in accordance with the Laws of India and any dispute/differences shall be subject to jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts/Tribunal situated in Delhi, India and language of proceedings should be in English.
PROMOTION CODES:
- The promotion codes generated by the Company can be availed on the Company’s website as discount coupons. The discounts and advantages of promotion codes can only be availed if correct and full information regarding promotion code is filled at the time of booking. In case the User fail to use promotion code or fill up and provide incorrect details, then the Company shall not be liable to give any credit once the booking is made
- User can only avail the benefit of one promotional offer at a time, even if there are multiple promotional offers are running. Two promotional codes cannot be combined at the time of booking.
FLIGHT BOOKING TERMS:
- The entire amount is required to be paid prior to the confirmation of the booking.
- The price displayed on the site is inclusive of all Government taxes, surcharge and convenience fees and the User agree to the price.
- Booking is also required to be made for infants below the age of 24 months (2 years).
- Users are recommended to refer terms and conditions, Users agreement, prior to booking the flight.
- All bookings issued to the customers shall be governed under the guidelines issued by the respective Airline/ supplier.
- By accepting the terms and conditions, the users are also agreeing and accepting the terms and conditions of the Airline/Suppliers etc.
- Seats are subject to availability
- Special fares are not applicable on group booking.
- User shall be fully responsible for all charges, fees, taxes etc. for use of services as per applicable laws.
- Customers having the facility of Web/Tele Check-in, are required to contact the Airline directly.
Amendments
- Every modification in booking made on Farerepublic site is subject to modification charges levied by the Airline, which may vary by flight, date and class of booking.
- In case of reschedule, the current booking ID will be auto-cancelled and a fresh booking ID will be generated on the basis of current pricing.
- For Rescheduling of flights a charge fee of Rs. 300 per passenger per sector will be charged by us in addition to the Airline’s Rescheduling charges.
- Flight booking made through Farerepublic webSite can also be modified by calling the Airline directly.
- In addition to above the Users agree to terms & conditions of Airlines/Suppliers/Farerepublic
Cancellation Policy:
- Every cancellation of booking made on Farerepublic is subject to cancellation charges levied by the Airline, which may vary by flight, date and class of booking.
- Some booked flight tickets are non-refundable as per the airline’s policies.
- We accept both online and offline flight ticket cancellation requests.
- We charge additional Rs. 600 per passenger per sector, in addition to the Airline’s cancellation charges.
- Only the cancellation request made through telephone or emails will be entertained.
- In case of e-tickets, if you are initiating a cancellation request within 24 hours from the departure, then you are recommended to contact the Airline directly to avoid the inconvenience
Refunds:
- The passengers are required to contact Farerepublic Company directly for the refunds, the Airline will not be able to process refund for the tickets booked at Farerepublic.
- The time taken for processing the request for refund and cancellation may vary and can take up to 5 to 7 working days
- Refund for partially utilized tickets will be processed as per the Airline’s prevalent guidelines Refunds for partially used tickets can take up to 25 to 30 working days, depending upon the booking class and fare charged by Airline and Airline/Supplier policy.
- No refund will be provided for “no-shows"
- No refund will be provided for “Surcharge and Convenience fees”.
In addition to the above mentioned terms and conditions, please check the terms and conditions of your respective Airline as well. Those terms and conditions also apply on you.
Account Registration
1. Once the feature is active, you may access the Platform by registering to create an account (”Farerepublic Account”); or you can also register to join by logging into your account with certain third party social networking sites (”FRS”) (including, but not limited to, Facebook); each such account, a ”Third Party Account”, via our Platform, as described below. The Membership is limited for the purpose and are subject to the terms, and strictly not transferable. As part of the functionality of the Platform services, you may link your Farerepublic Account with Third Party Accounts, by either:
a. providing your Third Party Account login information to us through the Platform; or
b. allowing us to access your Third Party Account, as is permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of each Third Party Account.
2. You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third Party Account login information to us and/or grant us access to your Third Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use for the purposes described herein), without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third Party Account and without obligating us to pay any fees or making us subject to any usage limitations imposed by such third party service providers.
3. By granting us access to any Third Party Accounts, you understand that we will access, make available and store (if applicable) any content or information that you have provided to and stored in your Third Party Account (”FRS Content”) so that it is available on and through the Platform via your Farerepublic Account.
4. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms of Use, all FRS Content, if any, will be considered to be your content for all purposes of these Terms of Use.
5. Depending on the Third Party Accounts, you choose, and subject to the privacy settings that you have set in such Third Party Accounts, personally identifiable information that you post to your Third Party Accounts will be available on and through your Farerepublic Account on the Platform.
HOLIDAY PACKAGE BOOKING TERMS
- You acknowledge that the pictures of holiday packages shown on the website are indicative and should not be considered representative of the actual product.
- The prices/taxes of the holiday packages shown on the site are subject to change.
- Booking and confirmation of the holiday packages is subject to availability. Special rates may apply during peak or festive seasons without any prior notification.
- In case Farerepublic are unable to provide the holiday package shown/provided in the website, then Farerepublic reserves the right to provide a substitute holiday package of the same standard.
- The terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notice due to certain circumstances beyond our and supplier’s control. We only act as an intermediary agent in such cases.
- You are advised to read the complete description of the holiday package carefully prior to booking the package. By booking the package you agree with all the terms and conditions and are bound by the conditions included in the package.
- Users are recommended to obtain insurance and other protective measures for additional safety.
- Your right to modify or cancel your order will be determined under the applicable terms and conditions. You are required to inform us in writing regarding such request.
- All packages are subject to availability of rooms and flights.
HOTEL BOOKING TERMS
- The hotel reserves the right of admission and hence may not allow the local residents, unmarried couples, unrelated couples to check-in as guests. Farerepublic holds no liability of such check-in denials. No refund shall be applicable in such cases.
- The pictures/ information provided on Farerepublic website are indicative and for reference purpose only.
- The primary guest must be 18 years old to be able to check-in into the hotel.
- The check-in and check-out time will be processed under the hotel’s terms and conditions. The hotel may charge extra for late check-out. It is subject to change as per hotel policy.
- The hotel will charge you for your additional personal expenses such as laundry, room-service, tips etc. at the time of check-out or before.
- The guests are required to present their valid photo identification proof at the time of check-in. As per the Government regulation, a valid identification proof is required to be submitted by all the guests at the time of their check-in. Documents accepted for photo identification proof are driving license, passport, and voters card. Please note that the PAN card will not be accepted as a photo identification proof.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of Hotel bookings can be done online as well as by contacting Farerepublic call centers.
- Only the cancellation requests made online or via Mobile phones will be entertained. Farerepublic will not be responsible for any cancellation made directly with the Hotel or done via any other medium, including but not limited to SMS.
- Even if you don’t check in at the Hotel, the Hotel will still charge you for their Room Booked and deduct the full cancellation amount that you have paid.
- The terms & conditions of Hotels policy will be applicable.
Refund Policy
- Refund will be initiated by Farerepublic within 48 hours of receiving the request.
- Refund will be processed as per the hotel's policy, and apart from that we will charge a cancellation fee of Rs.300.
- The refund request can take up to 5 to 7 working days to process and to credit the amount in the Bank account.
Covid – 19
- Users agree that they will follow the protocol and standard operating procedures prescribed by the Central/State governments/statutory bodies that a traveler has to observe in order to undertake the travel. Failure to abide by such protocol / standard operating procedures may disallow the User to undertake the travel. In such circumstances Farerepublic will not be held liable for such refusal to travel and refund, if any. This will be treated as “no show” and there will be no refund.
